Interview Committee Application Form for District 211 Internal Superintendent Search
The District 211 Board of Education invites people with an interest in the school district to apply to assist them in the internal superintendent search by serving on an interview committee and providing feedback. The process will require you to attend a 30-minute training session either in the morning or early afternoon of May 12, 2008. If your team interviews in the morning, it will be trained at 8 am; if your team interviews in the afternoon, it will be trained at 1 pm. The interview itself will last approximately 45 minutes, allowing you an additional 15 minutes to write your impressions of the candidate (feedback) that will then be shared with the Board. The number of internal superintendent candidates will determine how many teams are formed. The consultant, James Warren, will construct the interview team(s), using a cross section of stakeholders who indicate an interest. Each team will have between 8 and 12 participants. Depending on the number of people responding, it may or may not be possible to place everyone who has applied on a team. You will be notified of your team status no later than Friday afternoon, May 9, 2008.
If you are interested in being considered for an interview team, please click the application form link below, print and complete the form, and fax it to James Warren at 847-948-7809 no later than May 1, 2008.
