I already have Firefox 7. What can I do?
You may download a previous version of the Firefox browser at the link below. BoardDocs suggest version 5 (PC) or 6 (Mac), as they are the most stable. Your local support staff should be able to assist you.

How do I turn off automatic updates in Firefox?
Windows:
- Go to the Tools pull down menu and choose Options
- Choose Advanced (from the buttons across the top of the pop-up window)
- Choose the Update tab
- Look for “When updates to Firefox are found:” and make sure “Automatically download and install the update” is not selected
- Choose OK to exit
Mac:
- Go to the Firefox pull down menu and choose Preferences
- Stay on General (see the buttons across the top of the pop-up window
- Choose the Update tab
- Look for “When updates to Firefox are found:” and make sure “Automatically download and install the update” is not selected
- Choose OK to exit
