Greening in the New YearHappy New Year! As we begin 2012, we are dedicated to providing our adult education population with course offerings that continue to be top-notch. This past fall, the District implemented new procedures for the distribution of Continuing Education course catalogs to residents who reside within District 211. In order to conserve our resources, we have reduced the number of printed course catalogs mailed to community residents. Those individuals who remain active participants will receive a catalog through the mail and copies will continue to be available for pick-up at any District 211 school, the G.A. McElroy Administration Center, and from local area libraries. Online course catalogs will be available on the District 211 website at http://www.d211.org. Click on “Continuing Education” to obtain a copy of the current catalog (pdf). Beginning with this spring term, all District residents will receive a postcard reminding them of the registration dates and access information regarding online registration procedures. Registration for spring, 2012 begins on Tuesday, January 17, 2012. We sincerely hope you continue to take advantage of the many opportunities that Continuing Education provides to all of our adult residents. Wishing you a healthy and happy 2012.
